In addition to enjoying life among the natural beauty and pristine surroundings of TidalWalk, residents also have access to private amenities that complement the community's gracious coastal lifestyle.
Recently moved to a location near the front gate of the community and scheduled to open in summer 2012, the 3,700-sq.-ft. Residents' Club features a 9-ft.-wide porch on three sides to take advantage of enjoying outdoor living nearly year round.
Lush landscaping surrounds the L-shaped pool which includes lap lanes along the length of one side and a zero-entry area along the other side. A full porch on the back of the clubhouse will overlook the pool, and designated shade areas will offer residents an escape from the sun at the end of the day.
A 150-ft. pier with a second-level gazebo at the pier's edge extends into the Intracoastal Waterway, allowing the community to enjoy boats passing by or fishing off the sides of the pier. Avid boaters in the community will enjoy the day dock and nine boat slips.
Residents enjoy access to nearly 1/4 mile of sandy beach as well as TidalWalk's private island, Green Turtle Hammock. View our video.
TidalWalk is fortunate to have a 10-slip marina. Nine slips will be available for sale, and the 10th slip will be reserved as a day dock for the short-term use of all residents. For example, a resident could keep a boat at the Inlet Watch Dry Dock (¼ mile from TidalWalk) and use the day slip to meet family at the end of our pier whenever they want to enjoy the boating life at TidalWalk. You also can take advantage of the nearby Inlet Watch Yacht Club.
